Round one results from Callaway Gardens

Hogan Ingram, Luke Koenig, and Connor Macmillian are the first round leaders of the overall Male division, while Molly Davidson leads the overall Female division at the SJGT Callaway Gardens Junior Classic. The event is being held at the Callaway Gardens resort in Pine Mountain, Georgia. The Male 14-15 and Male 16-19 divisions are playing the par 72 Mountain View course at Callaway, while the Male 12-13 division and both Female divisions are playing the par 70 Lake View course. Round one was played in cooler and windy conditions, along with two rain showers during the day as well.

The trio of Ingram, Koenig, and Macmillian are sitting atop the Male 16-19 division with rounds of 69.

Davison, playing in the Female 12-14 division, carded a round of 69 on Saturday. Christine Chang sits in second in the division with 73. Kate Ha is in third with 76.

Griffin Garvin is the leader of the Male 14-15 division after a round of 75. Thomas Norris, AP Purcea, and Aaron Stocks sit one stroke behind Garvin in the division.

Morgan Ellison leads the Female 15-19 division with an even par 70. McKensey Kaseta, Grace Sinclair, and Reagan Waggoner are tied for second place after posting 73’s in round one.

Mason Howell and Sebastian Render are the leaders of the Male 12-13 division after firing rounds of 75. Nathan Peji is two strokes behind the leaders.
